Sanderson

Founded by Arthur Sanderson in 1860, Sanderson is an internationally renowned brand in the field of interior design and decorating.  Its quintessentially English fabrics and wallpapers offer exceptional quality and value for money.
 
Having been granted a Royal Warrant in 1923, Sanderson still supplies fabrics, paint and wallcoverings to HM Queen Elizabeth II and British Royal Palaces.

Morris & Co. (William Morris)

William Morris (1834–1896) was the single most influential designer of the nineteenth century. Morris was a political theorist, scholar, translator and publisher, an environmental campaigner, writer and poet as well as an outstanding designer. Under his direction Morris & Co. grew into a flourishing and fashionable decorating firm renowned for its wallpapers and textiles.

Today Morris & Co. guarantees authentic versions of those designs alongside new interpretations, using innovations in printing and weaving technology to create up-to-date fabric and wallpaper designs with timeless appeal.

We are pleased to now be able to offer one of John Lewis’s best-selling  fabrics directly from their supplier, L’Orient, at a very competitive price.  It is a versatile, very pretty woven leaf design on Lampass cloth in various colourways.

There is no doubt that hand-finished work produces a far superior product.

The alternative to hand-finished is machine made when everything is machine-sewn. This a less expensive option as it is less labour intensive, but can only be used for lined only curtains and blinds as interlined curtains and blinds must be hand-finished to ensure stability.

The workrooms are much larger with the extra space leading to increased efficiency in producing our curtains and blinds. Our clients also benefit from the expanded showroom where they can peruse our extensive library of pattern books in comfort, not to forget the further bonus of parking for up to eight vehicles.
